SERVICES

Wellness Counselling

Wellness counselling is available to adults of all ages who are dealing with stress, emotional challenges, life transitions, and seeking to enhance their overall well-being. It aims to improve reflection, emotional regulation, develop effective coping strategies, and build sustainable resilience.

Academic Support

Personalised academic guidance for students studying psychology or related fields who seek clarity, structure, and confidence in their studies. Support is tailored to the clients' needs and includes understanding assignment requirements, enhancing academic writing, applying APA 7th edition conventions, and developing effective study and time-management strategies.

Mentorship

Development-focused mentorship is designed for individuals seeking ongoing guidance and support for personal, academic, and professional development, particularly within psychology-related pathways. Mentorship helps individuals cultivate clarity, confidence, and thoughtful decision-making during important academic and life transitions.

Wellness Counselling

Wellness counselling provides a structured, reflective, and supportive space for individuals navigating various challenges.

 â€‹

This service may support individuals experiencing:

• Ongoing stress or emotional overwhelm
• Academic or occupational pressure
• Life transitions and adjustment challenges
• Relationship or interpersonal difficulties
• A desire to strengthen overall well-being and resilience

Sessions are collaborative and growth-oriented. Through guided reflection and practical strategy development, clients enhance emotional regulation, stress tolerance, boundary-setting, and self-awareness—building lasting psychological resilience over time. The aim is not simply to cope in the moment, but to build long-term clarity, resilience, and grounded confidence.

Where concerns fall outside the scope, appropriate referrals are made.

Academic Support

(For psychology and related-field students)

Inner Axis offers structured academic support for students aiming to enhance clarity, organisation, and confidence in psychology and related disciplines.

• Understanding assignment briefs and marking criteria
• Structured guidance with essays, reports, and research-based writing
• Alignment with academic writing conventions (including APA guidelines)
• Proofreading for clarity, coherence, and academic tone
• Developing effective study strategies and time-management plans

This service is designed to be collaborative and developmental. Its goal is to improve academic skills, structured thinking, and long-term competence.

This service does not involve completing students' work on their behalf, grading, assessment, or academic decision-making. Where additional learning support is necessary, referrals may be recommended.

Mentorship
